Happi Coats

Happi Coats were traditionally worn by shop keepers. The shop name or emblem or family crest was printed on the back of the coat . Today, Happi Coats can still be seen throughout Japan and are worn by some shop keepers and by many during festivals.

Because of their high quality fabrics and intricate prints, Happi Coats are quite attractive and useful and can be worn as evening wear or any place a short robe is appropriate.
