Our Square Grid Trivet is sand cast by hand from the highest quality Nambu iron. Its grid design is perfect for keeping your tables and countertops free from scorches. This trivet measures 5 1/2" square.  It features traditional black patina and is perfect for holding your Tetsubin Teapot, hot dishes, bowls or pans. It has four rubber-coated feet underneath for stability and to protect all your delicate surfaces.

This Nambu iron trivet is made in Iwate, Japan.  This is in Northern Japan where old world craftsmanship is still alive and flourishing.
