Refunds, Exchanges and Defective Items Policy
Custom Items are not returnable.
Please Note: Due to Federal regulations, there are no returns on futons, pillows, futon covers and other bedding items except for those absolutely intact in their original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. You must call or e-mail within 14 calendar days from the date of shipping for a return authorization number and the proper address to return the product.
All products must be returned in "as-new" condition. Any items returned without all packing material, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories will be assessed a 25 % re-stocking fee. Items that show wear and tear will not be accepted for refund.
You will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as the actual fees paid out to ship the order to you. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all refunded orders.
All hand carved granite items (including stone lanterns, basins, fountains, bird bath items--both metal and stone and any outdoor stone item) will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee (as per manufacturer) as well as you will be responsible for any freight fees paid to the freight company to ship. If the item has not shipped, we will not assess you any freight fees. You may however be responsible for the return shipping and any fees that the freight company will charge us to return the item to us. Please consider your stone items carefully and let one of our experienced staff help you with your selection before placing your order.
In the return package, please include billing name, date of purchase, and Return Authorization number along with a brief reason for the return on.
Exchange Return Policy
If you wish to exchange your purchase you must call or e-mail within 14 calendar days from the date of shipping to arrange the exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all accessories, owners manuals, and paperwork that may have accompanied the original shipment.
We reserve the right to pro-rate any damaged products or products not returned in as-new condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we promise to do our best to insure such.

Defective Return Policy
Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange within 10 calendar days after purchase. After 10 calendar days merchandise must be returned to manufacturer for warranty repair.
Before you return product please contact us via e-mail or call with your request return and a brief statement as to the defect or problem.
Your product will be replaced for a new product and we will arrange for a pick-up of the product at our expense, within the 10-day time period. We will pay the return shipping back to you on the replacement item.
